New Feature: Sourcing
As a fast-growing start-up, HireBeat needs to find a new way to help the existing SMB hire managers and attract new users.
Sourcing is the proactive searching for qualified job candidates for current or planned open positions, which could be the missing piece that HireBeat needs.
The design of this new feature has been completed but it is still under development.
